each leather used in the creation of this bag was sustainably sourced from cococo furniture located in north carolina. this handmade furniture company is mindful in finding ways to utilize their waste and nana is proud to be partnering with them in an effort to mutually decrease our environmental footprints on this majestic planet.

the highest quality leathers are used in these bags. we use top and full grain leathers and like the fact that each hide we use shows its own natural markings and grain characteristics. each hide shows small scars, marks and color variations and we think this adds to the character of each finished piece. every part of your bag is meticulously hand cut and each ending row of stitches has been hand knotted several times to ensure a strong seam.
