I want you to love your new bag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or shop credit. Special orders and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your item must be in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
