the highest quality leathers are used in this bag. i use top and full grain leathers and like the fact that each hide we use shows its own natural markings and grain characteristics. each hide shows small scars, marks and color variations and i think this adds to the character of each finished piece. every part of your bag is meticulously hand cut and each ending row of stitches has been hand knotted several times to ensure a strong seam.
